Once you’ve signed up to receive appointment reminders, we send them to you at regular intervals and in plenty of time for you to book your next Lacrifill appointment. We will send you these reminders 4 weeks, 1 week and 1 day before the date of your appointment to have your Lacrifill removed and an assessment for re-treatment. When you sign up to receive the reminders, you will have the option to receive them as text (SMS) messages, emails or both. You will be able to withdraw your consent to receive reminders at any time, in line with regulation on data protection (GDPR).
