Lacrifill is a preservative free, cross-linked hyaluronic acid canalicular gel for lacrimal occlusion.¹ Each administration of Lacrifill is proven to provide sustained dry eye relief for up to 6 months.²

Lacrifill conforms to each patient’s unique canalicular anatomy, eliminating the need for sizing and providing a simple, one-size-fits-all solution. Lacrifill is designed to support both patient comfort and long-lasting efficacy.^1,2

Lacrifill^® comes ready for use in a pre-filled syringe with 0.6ml of gel, containing enough gel to fully fill both inferior canaliculi of a single patient.¹ Lacrifill can be administered by any trained eyecare professional such as ophthalmologists and advanced optometrists in a standard practice setting¹. Lacrifill has a shelf-life of 3 years and should be stored at room temperature (5-25°C).¹

Dry eye disease can compromise preoperative measurements and surgical planning, increasing the risk of refractive error.^3,4 While most patients with pre-existing dry eye are asymptomatic before surgery, 87% become symptomatic after it.⁵

Managing the ocular surface perioperatively can help maximise surgical outcomes and avoid unsatisfactory vision, worsening symptoms, and patient dissatisfaction.⁶
